We opened the first brewery in Topeka since the Prohibition era. It is named after the Prohibition era custom of displaying stuffed tigers in establishments to alert patrons of the availability of bootleg alcohol. These speakeasies were referred to as Blind Tigers. We keep at least six flagships and seven rotating seasonals on tap, to the tune of about 1200 barrels a year.
